Max Helm is an American undergraduate and a member of Fiji, also known as Phi Gamma Delta. Max came into the spotlight after a heinous act of raping a 17-year-old girl; the victim was left bleeding on the ground. This unfortunate incident happened on 24 August 2021, and it is alleged that this incident occurred at the party hosted by Fiji on the UNL ground.

On August 24, 2021, Max was accused of raping a young girl of seventeen-year-old and leaving her to bleed on the ground; reportedly, this heartbreaking incident happened on the University of Nebraska Lincoln premises at a party arranged by the Fiji fraternity.
Max Helm was accused of raping that young girl; he beat her and threw her out. Fortunately, a girl who passed by there saw her; she immediately took the victim to the hospital.

This news of this heinous act broke out, and university students as citizens protested against Max and Fiji’s maternity. Max was identified as a member of Fiji and was suspended from the University.
Surprisingly, most of the members of the Frat were making jokes about the rape incident; moreover, Frat has a suspicious history, and some of its members were accused of raping women and young girls in the past.
On social media, around 280k signed to take legal action against Max and to shut down the Fiji fraternity.

No legal actions have been taken against Max Helm despite strong protests by the citizens. Max was suspended from the University, and the University has also closed and suspended the Fiji fraternity.

After sexually assaulting and beating a 17-year young girl, Max, along with his parents Thomas and Helm, revolted to Mexico to avoid Max from the punishment and legal consequences of his wrongdoings.
